Actually, if the NCAA receives an anonymous email they will ask the institution to look into the accusations and determine any wrongdoing.

I'm sure that works great when they request such info from USC or tOSU.

I'm familiar withTHEOhio State University since I grew up in Columbus. That other school is somewhere in the South, right?
