Dear RD:
Sometimes an email works. You can say what you want to say and literally let it go. I had a falling out with two of my closest friends, and there were a few nasty emails, then nothing. Then about 4 months later, an email from one and we are back to where we were, almost. Do something. At least you would have tried.
Dear everyone:
Life is short. A client that I spoke to on Monday has passed away. She has a 4 year old son. I don't know the details, but it just reminds me, again, of how short life truly is. Enjoy it while you are here.
Nikki

Dear Nikki
I've been debating on whether or not to email one of my closest friends. We have exchanged any contact in 5 months or so, haven't spoken in almost a year. I sent her a quick message (at the very least, for closure's sake) and got a very kind response. We're at least talking now. Thanks for the courage.

Dear CG:
That wasn't me, directly. I'm just the messenger. Glad it worked.
Dear Grey's Anatomy and ABC:
thank you for the Starter Kits on the returning shows. However, you owe me one hour of my life back because I just sat here and went through the entire thing. I'm addicted. Shonda, I will come and work for you for free, doing whatever you want on the set. Thank you for the finale of season 4. But I hate you again for the previews of the 2 hour season premeire of season 5. I need to know if Rose is pregnant!!

Dear John "Maverick" McCain:
Thank you for successfully making me sleepy without having to partake in my usual ritual of taking a shot of nyquil. After your excessivly boring speech about how you have been a POW, and blah, blah, blah. You spent a small amount of time talking about the REAL issues at hand.
BTW, your basic public speaking tactics are shot to hell. As the leader of this country and the free world, it scares me to know that you would be forced to speak on this country's behalf to persons far more intelligent than you.
And as for your VP nominee, please advise her to stick to the issues and refrain from political mud-slinging. In case she fails to realize, she is not in the best position to make such remarks.
Slomberly yours,
KAPPAtivating

Dear Heart of mine,
You have played many tricks on me through the years yet the lessons you taught are priceless. At times the feelings you give can make me cry, scream and be confused...but all in all I love ya. I thank you for giving me the capitcity to love and to be loved. We haven't known it often but our time is coming- I promise. This time lets learn to love like there is no tommorow..OK? Yes, it's a risk but what do we have to lose...shoot we might have a date with destiny and the "alter" . So, we are gonna leave the door cracked a bit so he'll know we want him to come in and we'll have to teach him that he still has to earn his place at the table. As I type this Lauren Hill is playing in the background "Sweetest thing"...
We'll wait for that kiss on the colar bone....
