That's cute about your toddler! Like you, I still gag when I brush my teeth... and so does my mom!

So, I'm not expecting to ever get over that.
One of my doctors said she thinks that women whose first pregnancy is with a girl get sicker than those whose first pregnancy is with a boy. Something about the influx of female hormones, which are the ones essentially responsible for the morning sickness.
Oh, and Leslie, you should prepare yourself for some major heartburn. It seems like the women who suffer from morning sickness subsequently suffer from heartburn in the last trimester. I popped Tums like candy! (Hopefully, however, you'll avoid this pregnancy side-effect!)
