Every couple has good intentions and swears they’ll never split. Many actually promise it at the altar. That’s just how it starts. Good luck, but dopamine is real… for everybody. And the truth is, for most, it wears off. That’s when you find out if you’ve got a real foundation or just chemistry.

True, but don’t you think that’s a little broad, Phrozen? I mean, biologically speaking, dopamine always tapers off. That’s just science and science doesn’t lie. The difference is whether couples replace it with oxytocin-bonding, trust, and having the same direction in life. So just because dopamine always drops, love can still deepen. That’s the point. The initial high fades, but when it’s real, it matures into something steadier, stronger, and more rooted. Know what I mean?

Right. When it’s real. That’s the point I was trying to make.
