This is good stuff, AGDee. I’m glad y’all enjoyed each other this holiday season. Do y’all get together every weekend or during the week too?

It's a 2 hour and 37 minute drive each way (172 miles), so it's just weekends.

One of my daughter's sorority sisters, who was from Atlanta, had no idea what the defroster button in her car was for until they had a big snowstorm and GenerallyGreek was schooling her on how to clear off your car. She was also totally unfamiliar with the practice of starting your car first so it warms up and makes the job easier. Also, her sisters were incredibly impressed with the long "scraper on one end/brush on the other" car clearing tool GG had -- "what is this incredibly handy invention with which I was previously unfamiliar?!!"

That weather and that drive was unreal. When we stopped to buy gas and more washer fluid, I chipped ice off of his headlights and had to "whap" the windshield wipers against the windshield to get all the ice off of them. There was nothing on the back lights or windows. So weird. My brother had a similar experience when he went to UNC Chapel Hill. I guess when I move to the west side, we'll have to get together!

Dee, your stories were the BEST! But the only ones better now are the stories about you and TKE Guy. I’m so happy you two had such a fun and wonderful Valentine’s Day. He is such an amazing guy and I’m so happy the two of you reconnected.

I forgot to mention that I met the son that lives out of state this weekend AND I met TKEGuy's ex-wife. It was an eventful weekend for sure.
