I guess that's what it means, but I didn't really like that much of membership selection being disclosed.
I'm happy with the results for sure, and I understand why they want to disclose this information to be able to make claims about progress in this area.
But I found a school official commenting publicly about bids that were extended but not claimed kind of a bad direction to move it if membership selection is actually private. (ETA: by bids extended, I guess I mean bids that would have been extended had bid matching worked differently. I assume that what was meant was that all 16 had AA PNMS on their bid lists but that the NMs matched elsewhere. I don't think that's information that should be publicly commented on if membership selection is private and up to the groups.)
