***From my understanding, Alpha Gam chapters choose which office holds the Member-at-Large position (the last, non-VP office).

If they have a house, they must have the Property Coordinator. Otherwise, it is up to them (we tend to encourage Risk Management Coordinator though).

We have a 2-tiered exec meeting. We start off with a meeting where every chair from every committee reports to exec what they have been doing. For example, the social chair has selected a venue and theme for an event, here is where he presents his budget and gets it approved and goes over what he will present at chapter.
