This is kind of bugging me.
You SHOULD come up with the answers on your own because when the time comes that you will need to support one of your PNMs it won't really matter what anyone here would say.
I went through recruitment last year and my Recruitment Counselor was awesome! She was supportive but funny and at the same time, really gave me a big push at a time that I really needed it.
Most of all she was genuine and it was really her thoughts and answers and advice that she was giving me.
I think you are better off thinking through these things all on your own because no one here will be able to help you when a girl is crying her eyes out.
