The article (below) on the Altoona PA paper's web site mentions that some of those involved are in Gamma Phi Beta at Penn State. Now, I don't know if that means Penn State main campus or Penn State - Altoona. Both campuses have Gamma Phi chapters, right?

Either way, yikes! Not great publicity.

Logan Valley would be the Altoona chapter but wow, what an awful story. I hope everyone is okay.
