Totally. I don't drive often, but I'm totally fine in DC proper. Put me in Virginia and I'm a total wreck (though I blame Virginia's aversion to ANY KIND OF SIGNAGE).
OMG. You are so not kidding. In Wisconsin, there are road signs like every two feet. I'm perpetually afraid of getting a speeding ticket because it will be miles before I see a sign.
I'm loving the 70 mph speed limit on the highways though.

I've lived in DC for 5 years and I still haven't figured out how to get on the GW Parkway going south BECAUSE THERE ARE NO FREAKING SIGNS. I always end up at the Pentagon somehow. Once I get turned around, I can get on the parkway from the other direction, so it's just become an expected part of the journey. Ha!
