Either of the bottoms would be ok, I'd go with something neutral the more I think about it because you don't know what the shirts will look like or what color you'll be in.
They're just going to be T-shirts, and they might not even fit wonderfully. I know, I'm sorry, it's one of those things Panhel does
Know that the actives feel your pain. The SLU shirts aren't the ones handed out and I suspect the GREEK shirts are ones they used last year for pre-recruitment PR. Which means entirely new shirts this year in panhel only knows what colors.
