Just because you're at a Catholic school doesn't mean all the students are as dedicated to the Catholic mission as you may be.

If you have a skinny butt and look ok in print pants (like a Lily print) maybe that would work? I don't know if anyone will really actually be wearing jeans.

Use a good, recent photo of you. Casual as opposed to formal is best.

- Okay, thanks.

- I thought about those, but I'm kind of afraid that the shirt really won't go with anything. Here are the photos they included, so I'm assuming this is the style t-shirt that they usually distribute: Rotationals | Philanthropy.

- I'll keep that in mind, thanks.

As for flipflops, I recommend against unless they're "nice" ones. You don't need to wear heals, but comfortable dress sandals would be a good call. Some of the actives may wear flipflops though so you could be ok, as I said, if they're "nice" ones.
Would pants like these or these be okay?

I don't own that many pairs of flip flops, so I would probably be wearing sandals or flats. I think it would really depend on the bottoms.

Either of the bottoms would be ok, I'd go with something neutral the more I think about it because you don't know what the shirts will look like or what color you'll be in.

They're just going to be T-shirts, and they might not even fit wonderfully. I know, I'm sorry, it's one of those things Panhel does Know that the actives feel your pain. The SLU shirts aren't the ones handed out and I suspect the GREEK shirts are ones they used last year for pre-recruitment PR. Which means entirely new shirts this year in panhel only knows what colors.
