I know that. My post was just about what I highlighted in bold. I think Obama being in office is a mistake. That's all I'm saying. That sign was dumb and, it really isn't any of his business who voted and who didn't vote for Obama. I think anyone who goes to see a Dr. like that is dumb for letting him give them treatment.

I didn't type that to "school" you. You don't think anyone should be turned away and that doctor is allegedly not really turning anyone away.

I know you weren't, DrPhil. I see what you're saying, it's just that to post a sign on the door like that is the dumbest thing I've ever seen. Who would want to be seen by a Dr. like that anyway?

You will be surprised.

Question for you: have you told any of your clients that you aren't feeling Obama? If you did, would it bother you if they took their pets elsewhere for medical care?

I don't talk politics with my clients. I don't tell them any of my personal business.

We don't know what that doctor's like. We see his media antics.

The problem, as I see it, is that the Internet and the media disseminate information about stupid people more and more everyday. Years ago, stupid people were only detected by those in their immediate audience. I think media and Internet-driven societies such as America no longer know what "news" is.

omg, this is SO true. I get clients all the time challenging me about their pets based on erroneous information that they get on the internet, and it's so frustrating.

If he provides good medical care, why wouldn't you want to be seen by a Dr. like that?

My Gastroenterologist has signs up in different areas of his office about the new healthcare reform. Whether he supports it or not, I don't really care. If he was to put up a sign like that tomorrow, i'd still go to him. I don't have to have the same political beliefs as him, just like I don't have to have the same religious beliefs as my doctor(s).

And I know doctors should be more aware of the contents of the healthcare reform bill, since it does affect their business. But doctors are people too, and they can be misinformed as well. Doctors don't know everything.

Your Dr. has signs up, but how do those signs read? Are they telling you to seek medical care somewhere else just because you supported Obama? What he posted on that door is clearly ignorant and stupid. I don't want to be seen by any Dr. where I have to question his character. All of that education and he's still an idiot.
