I actually have been hanging out with them a lot. I just got back right now. We have a mixer on friday, and I'll of course go to the philanthropy days. Also, pretty much the entire junior class is abroad right now (this is specific to my school, so now you guys can probably guess it, but please keep it to yourselves) so that's a ton of new girls I'll get to meet also.
Not going to lie, tonight I was with 2 eyeliners and 2 blushes and I felt way more comfortable with the blushes. I'm really not trying to regress I swear, but this is hard and I hope you guys can let me go through what I need to do.
Edit: It's hard because of how I ranked after preference. It could have easily turned out the same way, and I would have shutup by now, but I have a feeling it might not have and I need to accept my decision. I am a very indecisive person and I usually feel as if I always make the wrong decisions and end up living in regret instead of taking part in experiences. It is a problem and at least I recognize it.

It's normal to have friends in other chapters. I wouldn't worry about it. You'll also get a boost when the juniors in your chapter come back from their study-abroad experiences.

Right. Some of my very best friends are members of other chapters, and I know that although I'm still happy years later with the decision I made to join my own organization, there's something in each one (on my campus - so I'm talking more about the people) that resonates with me and makes me comfortable around that chapter. It's more than fine to have friends in other chapters.
Also, you're not going to be 100% comfortable with 100% of the actives at any chapter. Just hopefully you're most comfortable as a whole with your own.
It's totally cool to be friends with other greeks, even other greek women. If people have a problem with that, too bad.

I'm curious about the house! The suspense is killing me.

Something to think about. There is the possibility that even if you had listed Blush #1 on your Pref card you still might not have received a bid from them. Neither you nor any of us will ever know how high you were ranked on Blush's Bid List. You still might have ended up with a bid from Eyeliner even if you ranked them #2, only then you'd probably be wondering why Blush didn't like you? (based on past experience with disappointed PNM posters here on GC)

disclaimer: i have decided to pledge eyeliner and truly try to make the best of it. for whatever reason there are always things in life that do not go our way and it does not make sense to not try and improve what we get. the additional comments i make are concerns i can not help but having. expressing them and talking them out helps me get through things. some of you may suggest forget about it and move on. i am not that type of person. i need to release before i heal (to be hokey)
that is true although i do feel as if i am able to tell where i am liked and not. it was pretty obvious that i knew mascara would drop me after the third day.i could tell. obviously i will never know for sure, but i am fairly confident that if i listed blush first i would have gotten a bid
another thing that concerns me is the dues. all but eyeliner are about 2500 a year while eyeliner is 1500 a year. i don't like that because obviously everything we are doing is less extravagant

I haven't read through all of the details, but your dues could be lower for a number of reasons. Your chapter may simply have a larger bank account (from, for example, strong alumni support) and as a result, your dues are lower. Perhaps your chapter does not have to pay a mortgage on the house and again, the dues reflect that.
Enjoy Eyeliner!

The chapter with lower dues might also assess, meaning that dues are lower, but you pay out of pocket for shirts, social events, etc. A lot of times, you end up paying just as much as you would have if your chapter's dues were all-inclusive (dues covers everything, you pay up front).
