If you insist on using a prop, what you don't want to do is have one that will give you a nickname among the actives, like "Goat Girl", (FSUZeta will remember this one) "Bubbles", or 'Uncle Sam".

I've never heard Goat Girl but have heard the other 2. Bubbles was dressed in a fluffy pink wrap with bubbles behind her in her senior picture and Uncle Sam was dressed in red, white and blue with stars in hers.
