A google image search brought up some really umm, spirited would be a good word, senior photos. I even saw some with flames.
I would go with the photo on the far right of this website
http://www.highschoolseniorportraits.com/ not the left or the middle. That's a good photo. I'd avoid anything with vehicles, flames, sequins, farm animals, or ridiculous props.
