No. They aren't fabricated at all. I'm just really amazed at the fact that people either haven't heard of these kinds of situations or are just being willfully ignorant. What is even more amazing is that people are refusing to even consider the POSSIBILITY that it has happened. Are you THAT naive?

Read the rest of what I said above. I said that while it was possible, and very well may have happened, in my research upon deciding whether to go NPC or NPHC, I tried very hard to find any examples of these experiences, but yet I could not. It's always "I heard," or "someone told me," which makes me think that it's much less common than some people like to think. Clearly, if I came into my Greek experience knowing that this *might* happen, I'm not naive. You, however, are a hysterical idiot.
But, really? The UGA AGD lawsuit? The plaintiff was determined to be less than credible pretty early on; furthermore, she was trying to get out of her chapter. What are you going to come up with next, Melody Twilley?

Right.
Love the pulling up of "stats" without even knowing anything about the cases themselves.
And you KNOW that Miss Twilley is bound to come up, lol.

When I saw "I heard," I am typically talking about things I have heard in the news. I'm not usually referring to just random gossip.

Oh, so they were in the news now? Find them.
Not only are we in the Age of Google, we're also subject to the MySpace generation where people will tell anything and everything about their live. So, go for it. Find these news clips!
