Dear Self,
This has been quite a year (so much better than 28 so far 
). You have had some amazing experiences and met some good folks.
Try not to worry so much about what it all means. Try not to anticipate what will happen tomorrow. Just enjoy and appreciate each day and each moment as it comes.
The year ahead looks equally promising. A new place, a chance to accomplish something great. More, what are sure to be, fabulous experiences. Sure, it will be hard and sad to leave the familiar but try to embrace the change. The advice above definitely applies.
Looking forward to seeing what you do in the next year.
