You're right, some women can dress nice and still be low down. Then you have some that wear short skirts (too short) and are great women. That's cool, but women who wear really short skirts, I find it to be unattractive. It's actually a turn off to me. It just depends on the taste of the man.
Actually, I normally stay away from wearing short stuff. Now, I will wear a tight pencil skirt or blue jeans. LOL Things tend to fit tight on me because I have a lot of curves. LOL Sometimes I will wear a shirt with the back out depending on the occasion. Like going out for a couple of drinks at night. I wouldn't wear a shirt with the back out during the day. That style is for night. I take Jessica Simpson's advice when it comes to clothes. She said if a woman is going to wear a top with the back out, she needs to wear some blue jeans or a long skirt. Never wear a back out top with a short skirt. Her other advice is if you are going to wear a short skirt, you need to wear a shirt that's covering you up on top or long-sleeves. Women start to look trampish if they combine wearing a back out top with a short skirt. If women follow those fashion tips, it will keep them from looking risqué. I just thought I might needed to add this info. Maybe it will help some of the women.
