Dear Assistant Manager of my apartment complex,
You know you're wrong! How are you going to send a person a letter saying that they have pets in their apartment, but then not be in the office when folks need to call you out on your foolishness?
I understand you're new and everything,but if you're going to accuse folks of stuff, the least you can do is be in the office.
