Thanks, ladies! I wish I could get my real before pics scanned and into my fotki. I'm workin' on it. I am now 10lbs within a healthy weight, based on my BMI. I am not 10lbs within goal, however, just to a healthy weight.
I meant to say, about the FS yahoo group, I don't know about the posts, cuz I don't pay attention to those, but in the database, there are questions for each phase. Most of the questions are answered by (I guess) someone who works for Dr. Ian. But the responses in all caps are posted by Dr. Ian. The questions are basically about what you can and can't eat during each phase.
There's also a database where people post what phase they're in, and how many pounds they've lost. It seems a lot of old posts in there, though. But still, old only means last year.

My new favorite toy

You can map distances to see how far you've gone or to decide a route based on distance or calories burned or whatever. I love it!!!

I DO NOT KNOW WHY I have not been part of these talks..I'm so so so stooopppiidd sometimes!! Sheesh *hits forhead with hand*
Ok, I've just read like 2 weeks worth of some GREAT things and I'm feeling so much better about the weight issues I've been experiencing lately. Ok, so here is my story.
I started WW almost a year ago (June) and I've only lost 20lbs and one dress size. I've done the flex points and that has been working for me. I love WW because it allows me to mess up and jump back on, but in the past 3 months it have been gaining my weight back . Now one of those months, I wasn't doing what I should have been doing so I can't be too mad at that, but since April, I have been a major mission to drop another 10lbs before my year anniversary with WW, but it aint happening. First, I realized I wasn't eating enough points, so I increased my point losing 2lbs. But that has been it! The rest have been 1lb here, .8lb there! I'm so frustrated it aint even funny! So my girlfriend suggesting doing Core for a while to restart my system..a week into Core and still no change. I walk about 2 miles each morning, now I致e taking to jogging about ス mile each morning. If I don稚 do that, I do Tae Bo or a sculpting/toning video. My clothes still fit, I still look the same, but the scale doesn稚 agree!!
Right now I知 sticking with the Core foods to see if any change will happen, but I知 at my wits end. With the Fat Smash Ideal mentioned, it sounds very much like Core, so if Core aint working, I may have to incorporate it into WW.
Any suggestions you all have will be great!

Oh how I wish that's what we'd had!!! I'm so sorry, lol! I can't wait to hear about it! I am LOVING my TNT experience. I'm so glad I decided to do this. Especially when I find out today that a family member of a very close friend may have one of the types of cancer that we're fundraising for. I dunno; it's another one of those times in my life that I just feel like I'm exactly where I'm supposed to be, doing exactly what I'm supposed to be. I've been updating my blog like crazy, lol. I need to blog some more. I'm really enjoying TNT.

So you all have gotten me so motivated that yesterday with my walking group (we walk every Thursday) we did more than we would normally do. We walked 5.5 miles per person, then I ran, did some stairs and ended the night with crunches and pushups..man you couldn't see me
This morning I popped in a scult and abs tape and went to town. I'm in pain, but it's good pain. I'm going to get the FS book this weekend, get some groceries and start "fresh" Monday and see how this goes!

Just keep up the good work. I read how frustrated you were in the previous post, but consistency matters.
I made my second step by joining a gym: LA Fitness. The facility here is gorgeous and I can actually afford a personal trainer here too. We'll see how it goes from here on out.

While waiting for my credit union to open this morning, I shot over to Wal-Mart looking for some replacement workout gear. I saw a pair of 8/10 exercise pants for $3. I figured, "I'll have them when I need them and they'll fit eventually."
I decided to try them on and THEY FIT. I couldn't believe it! I ended up getting another pair of workout pants (8/10, also $3), a tank sweater (8/10) for $4 and a tank workout top (12/14) for $3 (the tag said $7.50, so I was surprised when it rang up for less).
At the end of March, I was in Wal-Mart and I passed a clearance rack with a very cute black lacy skirt for $6.00. The only sizes left were 4, 6, 10 and 18. Since an 18 would have been a step in the wrong direction, I took a 10 into the dressing room. I was able to zip up the zipper but wasn't ready to wear it yet. I bought it anyhow, LOL.
When I got home today, I tried on the skirt ... it is now a perfect fit!
Hope to post tomorrow with a great WI ... last week I maintained.

This morning I was down another 3.8 lbs! This made me feel a lot better about maintaining last week. Now I am less than 4 lbs away from being down 150!
When I got my booklet back, I saw that I have now gone below my seventh grade physical weight of 175 (this was in 1985, BTW). I am absolutely floored!
Today I went into Old Navy to look at the sale items. I tried on two pairs of size 10 jeans -- they fit OK but one was long and the other short, and that's how they fit. I decided to try on a pair of size 8 for fun, and they fit too! They're stretch, but so what? I have never worn a size 8 before!

YEA BB91!! I want those kinds of results!
Yesterday, a Soror and I walked 5 miles and ran half a mile. My body hurts. I'm going to do a bit of the FS with the Core to see how things go. I need to be back down 10lbs in the next week or so.

BabyBlue, you're doing it real big!
Treblk, that's phenomenal! I walked 2.5 miles today and the hills were no joke. So I feel good.
We can do this, y'all!

I just wanted to give an update! So last week when Ideal talked about the Fat Smash diet I decided to try it or mix it into the Core food plan from WW, well ladies, since last Thursday, I started both eating plans, walking 3 miles each morning and jogging a mile and I feel great. I went to my WW meeting on Wed. and I'm down 4.6lbs. I was so excited that I was in tears. I finally broke my plateau and it feels GREAT! My day 9 ends tomorrow and I think I’m going to continue with phase 1 for another couple of weeks, just to see more results. I will add a few of the phase 2 food like meat and fish (which I’m craving like crazy). I’m just besides myself with excitement.

So you do the Core. Is it hard to do? It just seemed so limiting. I do the Flex and although I can admit to not being fully committed in the last month, I've lost 12lbs. since Feb. which, to me, isn't really enough.

I feel like it's been forever since I've been in this thread. Congrats treblk!!! You're my inspiration for this week! I have not exercised since SUNDAY! I went skating with the school last Friday and got a GREAT cross-training workout (I skated for a total of ~2.5 hours). I put together furniture over the weekend, did some shopping, ran/walked 3 miles on Sunday, and haven't done anything since. So when I run tomorrow, I'ma prolly be a mess.
I've gained back about half of the weight I lost from the FS diet, but a lot of it is probably water (TOTM is upon me). I thought it was all in my head being hungry all the time, but since I haven't run this week, I have not been as ravenous as before. And not even junk food, like, seriously hungry for meals. And it's the end of the school year so kids are having little parties and bringing in food and ordering pizza and chicken wings... I'm dyin' over here. Seriously. And I've had four drinks this week. I can't even tell you the last time I had alcohol (I think it was in March). So I need to get it back in gear. Barely maintaining.
BB91, congrats, congrats, congrats!!!!! Size 8's and 10's?! GO 'HEAD GIRLIE!!!! That's AWESOME news!!! I have a pair of size 10 jeans that don't fit at all. But I have a size 10 jean skirt that 'fits' but fits funny in the back. I'm not sure I'm ready to wear it.
TREBLK!!!! Guess where I'm going during my free bells??? The library. Guess WHY... YOU on a Diet (on CD) finally came in!!!!!!! YAYYYYYYYYYY!!!!! I'm going to listen during my runs over the next three weeks. I'm SO excited!!!
Have a safe holiday weekend, y'all!!! I'm going to do my best not to overeat. But the Taste of Cincinnati is already calling my name.
