"Trick" to stay on plan? I don't have one, that's why I asked y'all.

The truth is, I'm obsessed (no exaggeration, I would be embarrassed, but clearly I'm not), so I don't need a trick yet. But my life is picking up and I foresee needing some tricks in the future. #1 on the list is to take one of my Before pics (2002) to work and put it on my desk. That way I'm guaranteed never to accept all the foodpushing that goes on in that place.
I have another one: your favorite healthy/lowfat/fatfree/lowcarb etc cookbook?
Mine would have to be Good Housekeeping Light & Healthy Cookbook: 375 Delectable Recipes for Everyday Meals (Good Housekeeping)
