Then, yeah that's right, Soror cause they need to know!! I am tired of this topic like I said -- but at the same time I have encountered way too many Kappas FROM ALL OVER who are "sweating" ME and letting me know of that "bond" and "history". So since it does exist (and thinking about the history of the STATE OF INDIANA at that time, then yes, it would have to) then maybe it's up to "us" to inform them.
Just like they inform me when I'm just out doing ME and my SGRho thing...
