I don't think nice men finish last. See you guys think because a guy is a nice person and is a gentleman to his lady, that he's soft. That's not true. Now if you said soft men finish last, then yeah, I would agree with that.

no, the guys who complain about being to nice ARE soft. nothing to do with being nice.

KAY10 - No one has a problem with a guy who is 'nice' according to your definition. These guys tend to have success in dating. Unless, as I stated before, the guys are seeking out women who are superficial and have their own esteem issues to deal with. What women do have a problem with are guys who do fit the profile of soft or doormat. These are the guys who often run to every female friend that they have and ask why girls are leaving them for being 'too nice'. This further solidifies their 'soft-ness' b/c this lack of self-confidence and need for affirmation is even more unattractive.

I agree. A doormat? Too me that's not a nice guy.

No, I just like to debate. That's what this site is about. It's a site where different opinions are posted. That's what makes it so fun. Believe me, I'm not looking WAY too much into this. I just enjoy debating about different topics. Infact, I'm not your typical nice guy anyway.

I have no idea. From what I've been reading some of them think good guys are doormats, and a couple of them are pissed at me for posting this thread.
