Also as to some of RU OX Alum's earlier points, and maybe I'm remembering things incorrectly, but neither
Roe nor
Casey made it ok to have abortions in every circumstance. There are still times when the legislature can step in where state interests are paramount. Granted, they are limited circumstances, but it's not always simply up to a woman's choice.
