yes they did

they voted for the president elected by electoral college who put the Justices on the bench who interpreted the law.

Most people support a woman's right to choose. The only reason partial birth pratices are widely banned is because of the lies spread about them.

A) Uh, ok. You've just combined the legislative and judicial branches, so I guess separation of powers is forever lost. Can we overturn Planned Parenthood v. Casey because most Americans voted for a conservative in 1988, and thus wanted a conservative appointed in 1990 (Souter)?

B) Yes, the lies spread about them. Abortion is accepted because it should be, but partial birth abortion is overwhelmingly condemned because of all those lies. Strong argument.

Don't forget that a Republican president nominated that hero of conservatism, Justice Stevens...

Also as to some of RU OX Alum's earlier points, and maybe I'm remembering things incorrectly, but neither Roe nor Casey made it ok to have abortions in every circumstance. There are still times when the legislature can step in where state interests are paramount. Granted, they are limited circumstances, but it's not always simply up to a woman's choice.

SEC-Do you really believe everything in that video?
Or do you just wish it was all true?
As we have seen all too many times, it is rather easy to make propaganda movies with a very clear bent to them.
And in this day and age very easy to get them out to see.
Which makes it even harder to counter, let alone stop.
Once this sort of stuff gets out, people remember it rather than the follow-up counters.

And if you are going to pick out only one matter-do you know just how often John M voted for Bush policies?
Well over 95%.
That is rather lock step as well.
