I found this forum and thought I'd do my best to help her out by researching the different sororities at Arizona State. Could anyone be so kind as to give their own personal take on the Sororities @ ASU. I understand we all have different opinions and in the end my dtgr. will have to make her own decision if asked to join. It would be a great help to hear what others have to say who have already been there or are there now and what their experiences were/are like now. We're told each house is different. So please, if you don't mind, what's your own personal take good and bad(yes, there's always the good w/the bad)with each Sorority?
Thank-you for your time. Glad I found this forum and will direct my dtgr. to it a.s.a.p. to learn as much about Greek living as possible.
Sincerely,
AZ MOM

So let me get this straight, you wanted our own personal takes on the good or bad volunteer opportunities? The good and bad fees? The good and bad GPA requirements? Um...yeah. I'm not buying the bullshit you're trying to sell us. You had every intention to come here and hear generalizations about the chapters (which you have a hard time understanding, logic tells us that chapters are made up by the women who are in the chapter)-which chapters are "good" and which chapters are "bad." You can try to backtrack now, and any sucker that believes you & wants to befriend you over it is fine by me, but don't be mad that we were sincere, honest, & polite with you when we told you that your question was impolite & tactless. If you don't want to hear the truth then don't post HERE!

Sometimes it doesn't matter how nicely you say something, compared to how some people get treated on this board we rolled out the red carpet for this helicopter mom.
