The Board of Directors has added the position of Field Representative to the National Office Staff.
General Description
A field representative is a member of APO who wants to help improve the Fraternity. The person in this two year position will travel to Chapters and campuses across the country. They will provide to our Chapters: recruitment training, officer training, officer transition workshops, facilitate Chapter Program Planning Conferences (CPPC), assist struggling Chapters with recruitment activities, work with Petitioning Groups, and represent Alpha Phi Omega to University Administrators on campuses where we wish to expand.
In providing this new service to our chapters the Field Representative will work closely with the Regional Directors, Regional Staff and Section Chairs. The person in this position will be based out of the National Office in Independence, Missouri and will travel extensively (80%) during the school year.
Skills The Field Representative will need to have very good interpersonal skills, the ability to work with a wide variety of people and Chapters, be a professional representative of the Fraternity, posses good facilitation and presentation skills, be a good recruiter, and be comfortable spending time by themselves.
Compensation
