Can I transfer into the same sorority at another school?

Hi! I have a quick question-

I am currently in a chapter of a sorority at the current school I go to, however I have decided to transfer schools in the fall. I love being in my sorority, and I was wondering if I am allowed to transfer my membership to the chapter at my new school/how I do this?
