I dislike that question.

I don't even know why people ask that question!!! I always answer by saying, "I haven't met a man, yet, who has the sense enough to treat me the way I deserve to be treated." I will not settle for foolishness and disrespect. I'm worth more than that!

HOW TO STOP PEOPLE FROM BUGGING YOU ABOUT GETTING MARRIED
Old aunts used to come up to me at weddings, poking me in the ribs and cackling, telling me, "You're next." They stopped after I started doing the same thing to them at funerals.

This has me laughing so hard, I cannot hardly breathe!
It seems so wrong, but it's so right!

yes. give it time.

My reason now? We "have" to wait a year so peeps won't say "you're rushing it"

Nope, though I have been engaged before. I don't remember if I had mentioned that on GC though.

Maybe I just assumed that from your fabulous taste in wedding dresses.

No eligible takers so far! Most men attracted to me have been locked up at some point in their lives and/or sell drugs and/or aren't well educated.

I mean I am 21, but if what I get now is any indication of things to come, I will not be married and done with kids by 30.

I'm not married yet, because:
1. He's not mature enough for marriage
2. I'm not ready to be married
3. I have to break up with him first before I find a "marriage material" man.

Just got divorced.

He wanted to be married but didn't want to do the work.

Didn't have his priorities in order.

Tried to stick it out.

Things didn't get any better.

I dumped him.

The end.

Is it wrong to say:
Him/Her: Why aren't you married?
