I was at work yesterday afternoon and one of the ladies I work with was looking over pictures that I had taken at our semi-formal. She asked why everyone was so dressed up and I told her that I'm in a sorority and we had semi-formal. She said, in a joking manner, "Oh, I can't talk to you now." But then she asked me what sorority I was in and I told her and she said oh, they're not so bad. What is that supposed to mean? I don't understand people's reasoning when they say that kind of stuff. I don't think people have all the facts on sororities and fraternities, like the guy who came up to you UNFSigmaChi. They are ignorant and they only go by what they see on 20/20 or Animal House or whatever. I don't understand people like that. But the world is full of ignorant people who we have to deal with on a daily basis. It's sad but true! I'm proud to be involved in the Greek system though and I always will be!
