I am not sure how your apartment complex works, but I think that they should change the locks on the front door of your building. I wonder how this creep got into your building. They should notify the entire complex of this situation with a description of the guy. They can post fliers and distribute them to individual apartments. If someone sees him, they should call 911. Your neighbors should not let someone they do not know into the building. You should also get a second lock on your door if you don't have one. and use it. Unfortunately, it's an open buidling, meaning that you don't go through a central door to get in. Once you step outside your apartment you are literally outside. And the complex has been great so far. They made fliers last night and put them on the doors of all the apartments.
The worst part is just worrying what he's going to do next and I'm a very social person so to be cooped up in my apartment afraid to even walk around is torture.
