wow XOgirl... you just hit a topic very near and dear to the university of iowa greek community!!!!! this is my first year dancing in dance marathon, but i can't wait for the 24 hours of dancing fun ahead! iowa held it's first dance marathon in 1995.. and over the past 6 years we've raised $1,110,000 to support the children of the pediatric onocology unit at the Iowa Hospitals and clinics. Dance marathon 2001 is scheduled for Feb 2-3 and it should be one of the most sucessful ever, we have 1,000 dancers and are looking to raise $500,000 this year!!!
