Dance Marathon
 

Hey everyone,
I was recently named co-chair of my school's dance marathon. I know lots of schools participate in this project, so I was wondering if anyone out there had any suggestions or ideas. This is our first year doing Dance Marathon, so weve got tons of planning ahead of us, and any tips would be GREATLY appreciated!! Thanks everyone!

wow XOgirl... you just hit a topic very near and dear to the university of iowa greek community!!!!! this is my first year dancing in dance marathon, but i can't wait for the 24 hours of dancing fun ahead! iowa held it's first dance marathon in 1995.. and over the past 6 years we've raised $1,110,000 to support the children of the pediatric onocology unit at the Iowa Hospitals and clinics. Dance marathon 2001 is scheduled for Feb 2-3 and it should be one of the most sucessful ever, we have 1,000 dancers and are looking to raise $500,000 this year!!! Wow! All of that info would be awesome!! Im so excited about our Dance Marathon. Its been talked about here for years, and we're finally getting it off the groud, which is really exciting. Ill email you!
