In TKE We do that too, we have informational meetings midway throgh the year, this usually nets us 4 more pledges. That is very helpful in making our chapter one of the best TKE chapters in the nation, but we also do Formal rush and Informal rush throughout the year.......And I always noticed the Traditionalyy black fraternities and sororities always had lower #s, which made it harder for them to compete against the traditionally white ones...So I asked a friend WHY? And she told me it was because yall need to have a 3.5 GPA to pledge..Is that true, If so why dont yall recruit more, because the BGLOs always seem to be absent at all the school orientations, and often we pick up some black men for our fraternity cause they feel they are not recruited to be in other traditionally black fraternities.....
