Carolyn,
As you know, I was founding Vice Archon for our chapter... This was hell. I don't know if things have changed since I was in office, but the Vice Archon's position is one of the hardest, if not the hardest positions of E-Board. Honestly. Why I said that I don't know if things have changed since my term, is because we were founding... And we both know how much that took. But from what I saw Yesenia doing, it looks like it hasn't changed much at all.

I'm not telling you that you can't handle the job... Because I know you can! I'm just telling you that it's not going to be easy. Especially with that huge wooden trunk!

The position requires someone who is very organized! A lot more organized than I was!! Basically, you have to know everything that's going on in the chapter, when it's going to happen, and why.

When I was ASB President in high school, I told my VP that it's going to be like working behind the scenes. No one knows who you are, but everyone knows you're there.

Good Luck! Oh, and also, I turned in my application to HR. Thanks!

LITP~Beth
