When you live in Nor Cal you have your own kind of lingo but I don't know about an accent. I do however talk by using my Nor Cal heritage to the fullest!! Yes, I say:hella, dude, shady, etc... (hella and dude, are used very frequently sometimes) Also I say "get on 99" or "get on 5" when refering to freeways (not highways hehee) instead of saying " get on the 5". I mention this because a lot of people that I have met from So Cal say "the" when refering to a freeway. I guess I sound just like a normal girl from Cali but I had to bring up my own lil language that we use up here.
I know there is a bunch of other stuff that we say out here compared to anywhere else, but I don't noticed it.
