Does your national have a National Recruitment Team or Graduate Advisor that can come help your chapter during recruitment? Is there another chapter of your group nearby that can assist you during the week? What about alumnae in your area?
I would have thought all these plans would have been worked out before you left for semester break? I know that at FSU, all recruitment plans are laid in place before everyone leaves at the end of the semester.
How many members are returning to the other chapters on campus?
