i believed in santa too. i don't remember what age i was like: OK he doesn't really exist. i do remember this one christmas though i had to be like 8 or 9.
my brother and i put cookies and milk out for santa and went to bed. well every christmas before that we would help my mom and stepdad wrap other family presents and "santa" would leave ours unwrapped that way there was no confusion over whose present was whose.
well this christmas my parents forgot and wrapped ours too so when i woke up at like 7 a.m. all i thought i saw were the presents we had wrapped the night before. well i ran into my brother's room (he was like 5) and woke him up and told him crying that we were bad kids and that santa didn't come this year.
well he howled and we ran into my mom's room and woke her up. they were at first concerned thinking we had gotten robbed or something. but then they realized that they had forgotten not to wrap our presents too. well long story short, my mom dragged two crying kids downstairs and showed us that the he had been there. she told us that he must have been so into the cookies and milk that he had forgotten not to wrap our presents.
well thas my fav. and most cherished christmas memory. Ta-Ta!
