He wasn't a feral cat. Based on the information I've found, he was someone's pet and also a patient at the same hospital where Lindsey was employed.
IMO, I see it as a problem. There are ways to capture and euthanize a problem animal but shooting the animal in the head with an arrow and then posting it for everyone to see and laughing about it is not one of them. Feral or not, to me, this is animal cruelty, either way.
Hopefully, Lindsey can rebound from a bad choice and get her life and career back in order.
