TX Veterinarian shoots cat in head with bow and arrow.

This is sickening. I don't even know where to start on this.

Warning: the screen shot is part of the story. It is upsetting.

This is a veterinarian?

ferrell tomcat.

i kinda dont see the problem.

He wasn't a feral cat. Based on the information I've found, he was someone's pet and also a patient at the same hospital where Lindsey was employed.

IMO, I see it as a problem. There are ways to capture and euthanize a problem animal but shooting the animal in the head with an arrow and then posting it for everyone to see and laughing about it is not one of them. Feral or not, to me, this is animal cruelty, either way.

Hopefully, Lindsey can rebound from a bad choice and get her life and career back in order.

You kinda oughta read and research the story, that would resolve your confusion. ;)

What a sick bastard.

Unbelieveably cruel. I am so glad that she is also stupid, as well as inhumane. Had she not posted this on FB, she might have gotten away wth killing the cat. Now she has lost her job and will likely be unemployable for a long, long time. Well deserved.

So the cat WASN'T ferrel? This vet intentionally shot one of her own patients in the head with a bow and arrow and posted it on Facebook not knowing the cat was a patient of hers? Lol! I'm not laughing at the killing of the cat, I'm amused at how stupid she is.

Will Ferrell. Feral cats.

With that out of the way...

From my understanding, Tiger (the cat) was being fostered nearby. I haven't read anything about Tiger being treated at Washington Animal Clinic, but CG never claimed he was a patient of that particular veterinarian--just a patient of the clinic.

summer_gphib 04-18-2015 04:47 PM

I'd like to shoot her in the head with an arrow!

I don't have the words. "Disgusting" is not adequate.

I haven't read anything like that either. Maybe she dug a little deeper and did more research than we did. I would think if the cat is a patient at that particular clinic, then the cat can also possibly be that particular vet's patient as well.

I'm glad she lost her job, I hope she also has her license revoked. I'm thankful that with Google her horrible act will easily show up for any vet practice looking to hire her or a pet owner considering her as their doctor.

This awful cretin is on track to lose her veterinary license. She's appealing, of course, but hopefully justice will be served.

Sorry. I'm a 'crazy' cat lady. Unless a cat with rabies is attacking my child, can't shoot.

Me too. And I even have an orange and white boy who looks like Tiger.
