If on top of that when the girls join the chapter they are being told they shouldn't run for office they're a COB, they can't help with recruitment - they're just a COB.
If that actually happens, that's appalling.

I believe this is the "stigma" that 33girl is talking about would cause a girl would COB and then drop just before initiation and try again in a later semester. This is different than a historically known WRC picking up girls in COB.
