Very true and I truly wish PNMs would keep this in mind for themselves and the PNMs they're going through recruitment with. One PNM had 3 choices for Pref Round and she was beyond ecstatic with her choices. Susy Sunshine comes in and begins to tell her how awful, bottom tier, take everybody, etc the 3 choices are and leaves the previously happy PNM wondering what the heck just happened. Tent talk at its absolute worst.
