I'll bet you have a special book that was handed to you went you went into office - an officers manual, and/or maybe a special book on recruitment. You might even be able to find it online, on the Phi Mu web site (I don't know, I'm not a Phi Mu).
You might want to look there. I know our recruitment manual has all kinds of helpful info, from how bump groups work to themes to entire skits.
Also, among your officer materials, look for a green notebook, known as the Green Book. This is the NPC recruitment manual, with all the recruitment rules. You'll need to know that front and back.
