Alright, so you're still looking at a 3.0. That should be fine. All they see is a GPA, so they have no idea if you got a D that is balanced out by two A's or straight B's.
They can't see your grades until you give them permission to do so, as there is no actual "registration" for informal, but they will most definitely check before initiation, i.e. your bid is likely pending a grade release.
