I'm gonna be a little harsh here, but since you're already in your late twenties, this will make you look old and frumpy whereas the Ann Taylor dress is timeless and classy. Plus this dress is kind of ugly, and the long sleeves will probably be too hot for you.

If you're unsure of what is appropriate for the various rounds of recruitment, try checking your school's Panhellenic website for a guide or pictures of some sort to give you a better idea. What you should wear varies heavily from school to school.

Thank you for the advice. The second Orientation outfit is more suited to me anyway. So, I'll go with that.

No problem! It's always best to wear something that you're comfortable in and that represents you rather than something that doesn't fit your personality.
