These are both cute. RE option one: Skip the scarf and wear flats instead of wedges. You'll be more comfortable. Personally, I like option two with the coral flats and the floral top better than option one.

I'm gonna be a little harsh here, but since you're already in your late twenties, this will make you look old and frumpy whereas the Ann Taylor dress is timeless and classy. Plus this dress is kind of ugly, and the long sleeves will probably be too hot for you.

If you're unsure of what is appropriate for the various rounds of recruitment, try checking your school's Panhellenic website for a guide or pictures of some sort to give you a better idea. What you should wear varies heavily from school to school.
