They have to follow the rules set down by their organization. Beer being sold by the Washington Redskins isn't the problem. The major problem is the lack of respect for rules while the chapter is on probation. A lot of things are ignored when chapters have a history of following the rules, but when a chapter shows they refuse to follow any of the rules...
