at some schools, upperclassmen have no problem going through recruitment and receiving a bid but at others, it's virtually impossible.
Just out of curiosity, are there schools where every chapter is consistently making quota? I don't know of any, and it seems like even the "really competitive" recruitments have one chapter that isn't. It seems that it wouldn't be impossible for a junior to get a bid if they were willing to consider all of the options.
