Look at the bright side, the bottom (whatever) can fill in the missing teeth on top, just bite down.

I encountered a guy with a mouth like that at work once. Big ole Lego block teeth. One of my partners actually had him open his mouth because he didn't realize it was his teeth. He thought he he was hiding something in his mouth.
